Note: Certain items such as final sale products, gift cards, and personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Shipping the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show minor signs of use or damage.
